Property deals across the UK have fallen. Savills reports an 18% decline in their half-year profits which is believed to be stemmed from the political and economic uncertainty associated with Brexit; to the UK enduring unanticipated weather conditions ranging from the “beast from the east” and summer heatwave. Moreover, the summer months being typically slow and quieter in terms of property sales activity. All in all, this has led to the drop in property sale deals across the UK for Q3 2018.
